| Living room This is a spacious room with french windows opening onto a deck and the back garden, where you can catch the evening sun. Furnishings and decor are contemporary. There is a TV/DVD and CD player and you’ll find games and DVDs in the cupboard. Large sliding doors open into the kitchen. |

| Bedroom 3 This twin room has full-size single beds and a wardrobe. This is the largest bedroom and provides plenty of space for children to play. There is a travel cot, but please note, we don’t provide linen for the cot. |

The kitchen The kitchen overlooks the back garden. It is well-equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, as well as a full-size oven and hob. Work top space is more than adequate and the dining table seats 6 comfortably.Large sliding doors into the living room allow you for the creation of an open plan living/dining space when as required. |

The house Candleford is a three-bed, centrally heated bungalow set in its own tranquil gardens (front and rear) close to the beach. |
| The garden There are gardens to the front and rear of Candleford. Both are enclosed not overlooked. There is a picnic table, a slide and deckchairs in the shed. Beyond the garden there is private parking for two cars. |
